How We Obtain Consent
G. Batista Engineering and Construction only sends SMS messages to individuals who have verbally consented during a live outbound phone call. Before any message is sent, our representative explicitly confirms the recipient’s consent and that the number provided is a mobile phone.
What We Send
Consenting recipients receive a single SMS message containing a Calendly link to schedule a free 15-minute introduction with Greg Batista, PE. No additional messages are sent unless separately requested.
Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received. After opting out, no further messages will be sent to your number.
