Our Condo Association (10 buildings - 496 Units) recently went thru the 40 year re certification inspection with G.Batista & Associates. The process was completed in a timely and in a professional manner. I would use them again on future projects.

Extremely professional and keeps his projects flowing. His communication between us and the rest of his subcontractors is excellent. This is what makes thing for all involved work so well. When you get on one of his jobs you better be ready to keep up the pace.
